Annual Accounts and Company Compliance
Every company in Ireland is required to prepare annual financial statements and file an annual return with the Companies Registration Office. Podium Finance prepares accurate accounts and manages filing deadlines, giving directors confidence that their statutory obligations are being met.
Our Approach
Annual accounts are more than a compliance requirement. They are used by banks, investors, suppliers and Revenue, and they form the basis of each company's tax return.
We prepare financial statements accurately and on time, and we take the opportunity to review the results with you, highlighting changes in performance, tax planning opportunities and any matters requiring attention.
Services can include:
Preparation of annual financial statements
Abridged financial statements for filing, where available
CRO annual returns (Form B1)
Corporation Tax returns (CT1), prepared alongside the accounts
Directors' Income Tax returns
Company secretarial support, including changes of directors, registered office and share structure
New company formations
Year-end review meeting
Who This Service Is For
This service is suitable for limited companies, designated activity companies and companies limited by guarantee, including charities and not-for-profit organisations.
Audit
Podium Finance does not carry out statutory audits. Many small companies qualify for audit exemption. Where an audit is required, we prepare the financial statements and work with your appointed auditor.
Beyond the Annual Accounts
Annual accounts report on the previous year. Management accounts provide a clear view of current performance throughout the year.
