Podium Finance provides accountancy, tax and commercial finance services to businesses, business owners and individuals.

We do not accept payments through this website and do not collect debit card, credit card or online payment information through the website.

Website enquiries are received and managed through our Microsoft 365/Outlook email system.
If you subsequently become a client of Podium Finance, additional personal data will be collected as part of our client onboarding, AML checks and the provision of professional services. That processing is separate from general website use and may be covered by additional client privacy information and engagement documentation.

Where a general enquiry does not result in a client engagement, we will normally retain the relevant correspondence for no longer than 24 months, unless there is a legitimate or legal reason to retain it for longer.
Where an enquiry results in a client engagement, relevant information may become part of the client's file and will be retained in accordance with our applicable professional, legal, tax and anti-money laundering record-retention obligations.
